We only charge for time spent working productively on your project, so our billable hours are all productive hours. Odic has the deep knowledge of a full team, but you only pay for the time and skills required for your specific project.

With Odic, you own what you pay for—per our contract, the moment your payment hits the books any work previously produced becomes your property. All of our source code, notes, etc are also available by request.

We’re not going anywhere. We’ve been in business for 34 years, and each of the projects we work on is recorded and maintained for technical support and development of future versions. Internal resources can leave your company, and don’t always follow best practices for recording critical information before they do!

Open communication is a critical component of our business model. We seek at all times to be as available and forthcoming as any internal team.

We typically charge time & materials, so for us external resources are simply “& materials.” We don’t apply markup to materials or any other outside costs. We are in the business of helping make cool products, not profiting off the work of others.
